Just a heads up on 23:00 Lethality scales from 60-100% effectiveness from level 1-18. For eclipse you end up with a starting ~10 armor pen if you finished the entire item level 1 but more likely it will be ~13. Post changes we are looking at ~7 armor pen level 1 and ~9 on a first item rush.

Since AAs can crit the total damage increase is 2 x 2000 x (1+ weighted average crit chance x (2 x weighted average crit damage – 2)). I think it's fair to assume the wacc to be around 10% and the wacd for simplicity at 200%. Therefore the total damage increase is at around a whooping 4400 instead of the measily 4000. Ignoring all other abilities ofcourse.

I mean, didnt they increase catilyns damage with 2 ad at somepoint and her winrate went up 3-4%? There are alot of multiplying effects on the base damage; not talking solely items but just 2ndary effects like better poke and wave ctrl, forcings flasks and backs etc. Small ad changes on ADCs can have a huge impact on the outcome. Theres the "transformative" value for you.
Its been proven several times before. Its not really up for debate. Keep track of the win% for Jinx before and after, and you will see it again.
